Privacy Policy

How ENLOSA, LLC handles information through 24°N Fishing.
1. Information we handle
We may receive contact, profile, guardian, membership, verification, community, fishing, application, payment-matching, optional license-document, location, device, usage and consent data. Amazon Cognito handles credentials when enabled; Stripe or PayPal handles card data. We do not store readable passwords, one-time codes or complete card numbers.
2. Location and visibility
Location is optional. Forecast requests process coordinates to find nearby conditions, maps and license information. A catch location is stored only after confirmation. Public posts show an approximate area; exact GPS is restricted to the owner and authorized operations or moderation. We do not use background location or precise catch GPS for targeted advertising.
3. Uses
We use information to provide services, maintain accounts and memberships, match applications and payments, moderate, prevent abuse, send operational messages, measure performance, comply with law and protect users and ENLOSA. We do not sell personal information.
4. Providers and disclosures
Data may be shared as needed with identity, hosting, email, analytics, payment, map, weather, fisheries, storage and moderation providers, including Amazon Cognito, Stripe, PayPal, NOAA/NWS, Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap and Wikimedia Commons. Approved posts may appear on official social channels without exact GPS or private fields. Legal, safety or business-transfer disclosures may also occur.
5. Retention and security
We keep records only as reasonably needed for service, business records, disputes, fraud prevention and legal duties. Deletion may be requested, though payment, security, backup or legal records can remain longer. License documents remain until removed or deletion is requested. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
6. Choices and rights
You may deny location, use manual search, change cookie choices and request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection or an applicable advertising opt-out at info@enlosa.com. We may verify the request. Required account messages are separate from marketing. Advertising remains reserved placement until required consent controls are implemented.
7. Children and international processing
The service is not directed to children under 13. Ages 13–17 require a supervised account and guardian consent. ENLOSA is based in the United States; data may be processed there and in provider locations with legally required safeguards.
