These Terms govern 24°N Fishing, operated by ENLOSA, LLC, including account access, memberships, renewals and payments.
1. Eligibility and access
Visitors may read public pages but must create a free account to post or comment. Registered Anglers may use profiles, community tools, Conditions, Academy, Discover and the private document wallet at their assigned fishing location. Pro Anglers may change fishing locations without restriction. Administrative preview controls do not grant membership. Members must be at least 13; ages 13–17 require guardian consent and supervision.
2. Content and moderation
You keep ownership of submitted content and grant ENLOSA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, format, display, moderate and promote it to operate 24°N Fishing. Illegal, unsafe, deceptive, hateful, sexual, harassing, infringing, private or unauthorized commercial content is prohibited. Content may be reviewed, rejected, removed, preserved or reported.
3. Fishing guidance and risk
Weather, tides, waves, maps, species, licenses, tackle, cleaning and recipes are general planning references, not navigation, legal, medical, food-safety or emergency advice. Verify official warnings, access, rules, vessel capability and safe food handling. Fishing and boating involve serious risks. You decide whether to participate, must use common sense and suitable training, and assume risks to the extent permitted by law.
4. Memberships and payments
Price, billing period and renewal terms must appear before checkout. One-time plans do not renew; recurring plans renew until canceled. For Pro Annual, canceling renewal stops the next and later charges but does not end access early: Pro access continues through the current paid period. Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by ENLOSA, payments already collected are non-refundable and cancellation does not create a prorated credit or refund. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain. An application alone does not charge or activate access. The named provider processes cards; 24°N Fishing does not store complete card numbers.
5. Third parties and ownership
External organizer, license, map, video, restaurant, charter and sponsor links are references. Confirm dates, rules, fees, safety and credentials directly. Sponsored and affiliate placements are labeled and are not guarantees. The 24°N Fishing name, logo, design and original materials belong to ENLOSA or its licensors.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, safety, legality, continuous availability or fitness. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ENLOSA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by conditions, third parties, travel, equipment, food or reliance on reference information. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount paid for the affected service in the previous 12 months. Nonwaivable rights remain.
7. Changes, law and contact
We may change features, update these Terms and suspend violating accounts or content. Arizona law applies without displacing mandatory consumer rights.
