Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your identity, profile, posts, photos, private documents, saved trips and associated account information.

Requests require identity confirmation and a review of subscriptions and any records that must be retained. Support will explain any retained information and its retention period before completing your request.

A deletion request does not immediately delete your account or cancel a recurring subscription. To stop future renewals, manage your membership.
